Methodology: Teams of experts from Israel and USA worked on the mission. The local environment was studied in depth and advanced water supply, irrigation systems and growing sugarcane technologies, suitable for this arid area, were chosen. Agricultural, technical and economic analyses were prepared and were submitted to the decision makers.
Outcome: : The pre-feasibility study was submitted to the client including full economic analysis. This was the basis for the complete evaluation of the project including the industrial facility for Ethanol production.
