Methodology: A group of experts visited the potential site in Angola, studied the local characteristics, limitations and advantages. The climate conditions were analyzed and the experts prepared a production plan for layers enterprise that will produce about 12.6 million eggs annually.
Outcome: The rehabilitation and the layer business plans including all production, operation and management elements, as well as an economic analysis and the related financial statements and indicators were submitted to the client as a basis for future management agreement between the client and the government of Angola.
