Methodology: The client’s representatives collected data related to the local conditions and prices of inputs and outputs. The data were analyzed and the business plan was prepared including detailed economic evaluation and profitability calculations.
Outcome: The business plan was completed and submitted to the client and the results showed a very profitable project, based on the high demand for high quality broilers in Nigeria. This business plan was used to attract investors to this project.
